When can I move in?
Immediately after signing the contract and consigning the deposit.
How much is the deposit?
A deposit must be paid for two month's rent.
When is the first rent due?
You will receive a rental invoice for the first month after the apartment has been handed over.
How can I order additional services?
You can order immediately when signing the contract or later through the mobile app.
Can I register my place of residence in a rental home?
Yes. You must submit your accommodation service contract/rental agreement to: https://www.pmlp.gov.lv/en/services/e-service-declaration-or-designation-residence
Is there video surveillance in the complex?
Yes, video surveillance is in place throughout the entire territory and in shared/common areas.
Where can I leave the bike and the baby carriage/stroller?
We have a separate bike room on the 1-floor and a stroller room on the 2-floor. A place can be ordered there when signing the contract or later via the mobile app.
Do I have a mailbox?
Yes, mailboxes are available in the building's lobby.
What do you mean, a smart key?
This means that you do not have a key to open the apartment and external doors, instead you can access doors either by using your code, card or the mobile app.
Do any doors open with a key?
You can open only mailbox with regular key.
Is there a washing machine in my apartment?
Our building has a laundry room in the basement, eliminating the need for personal washing machines.
Does my apartment have kitchen furniture with appliances?
Yes, all apartments have furniture with appliances including a dishwasher.
How are ancillary costs calculated?
Water and electricity is charged monthly according to consumption and other ancillary costs are distributed in proportion to the area of the apartment.
